Rehabilitation work has begun on the Buccleuch Drive Bridge and Jukskei River in Buccleuch (Region E) following the appointment of a contractor to undertake the 12-month project scope. The Johannesburg Roads Agency (JRA) allocated approximately R56 million from its Capital Expenditure Budget (CAPEX) towards the implementation of project which commenced on the 8th of December 2023 and is scheduled for completion in December 2024, subject to favourable weather conditions.
