The Kilburn Street bridge and culvert project is in progress in Discovery (Roodepoort) following an allocation of R32 million from the JRA’s Capital Budget.
Anticipated to be completed by July 2024, the culvert, bridge and road infrastructure upgrade will benefit the local economy through the appointment 4 SMMEs to carry out 30% of the project scope.
Residents, business owners and scholars in Discovery can look forward to safer road and bridge once the project is complete.
